What about employees working in third countries? The situation is different for employees who will work outside the countries covered by the European rules on social security coordination. The A1 form is not used as a standard for work in third countries. In such a case, however, it is always necessary to assess the specific situation of the employee and also take into account any international agreement on social security between the Czech Republic and the given state.
